Weeks worth of information//Friday, August 12, 2005//1:54 AM
Been weeks since i posted. But if you faithfully follow up, good for you because i posted 1 now.
After the exams, i wasted a month playing games, going out and doing nothing beneficial to me. But i did attempt to find a job by going to K*lly S*rvic*s for some glimpse of hope. They did call me up, giving me frontdesk job. Imagine me working frontdesk, 99% impossible.
Then 1 of my kind friends, Br*d, told me about his job at HSB* doing data entry. He's been trying to get me into the company since holidays begin. I tried, and i tried, and i tried, and i tried (vicious cycle-_-), until 1 fine morning the lady from K*lly S*rvic*s called me up and gave me that job. That marks the beginning of the end...
I got to start work the next day i received the call. Damn it was crazy adjusting my sleeping time from 4am to 12am in 1 night-_-. The next day i reported before the time i was supposed to reach(Note: I'm early that day) and waited for the supervisor to reach. She came and briefed about the rules and talk trash. Being the sly me i listened for a while i lost my focus, seeing double vision-_-. And she goes on, and on, and on, and into the room to start work. I got the data entry section which was alright, nothing tough, nothing crazy. Plain old ctrl+c, ctrl+v, ctrl+a etc. And the supervisor started her nonsense as the day goes by and hatred began to brew within me. She is bloo*y noisy-_-. And as the day goes by, i began to ignore her, and started a project, project name: Fan Qing Fu Ming. I plugged on my mp3 in her face, and she didn't make a comment. I couldn't hear what she was trying to say to me as i was listening to music, and i pulled out the earphone in her face. The feeling of overthrowing her was...kinda sweet~~~ This project only started after i told her i will be leaving 2 weeks from the day i tender my resignation. Coincidentally, 4 other people are leaving(PS: 1 of them was psychoed to quit a week later =X), a very heavy blow to her i would say. But well, all things end at some point of time, blame it on her poor management. Thus, the 5 of us happily went off on that day~~~
Emotional para: Many things happened within the few months after my exams. My emotions got me and i was feeling kinda upside down, inside out. I was in a mess i would say. I'm still trying to get my feelings sorted out and lucky to say, 80% got fixed. On that last day, emotions got me and i was feeling kinda attached to the people there. I did learn somethings about how b*nks operate and how to live my life. The memories there made a mark in my brain and will not be forgotten. The fun, the commotions, the shoutings, all of it is worth storing it.
Its been 6 days since i quit and im pretty enjoying this life, no need to wake up at 715am and make my way to work, and most importantly, no more routine stuff. Til just now, my friend ask me to go back to HSB* to work upon the request of the supervisor. No way am i going back there! I rather live my a life a slacker before going NS than working back there! But its easy money there, except the bearing of nonsense from the supervisor.
So now, im preparing myself for NS. BUT, I'm lazy to run. I only did some pushups and situps at home, I'm like a koala bear refusing to leave that sweet sweet tree full of sweet sweet leaves and the cosy branches for sleep. Got to psyche myself to run.
